Booking Terms 

 *All Terms & Conditions are subject to the rental agreement provided by the owners at the time of booking.

General:

• A minimum stay may apply during peak periods. 

• Peak seasons, dates, and rates are subject to change. 

• Unless otherwise agreed prior to booking, use of the property for any purpose other than private accommodation is prohibited.

• The Aven may, in its sole discretion, change features of the property, pricing, policies, benefits and/or anything related to services rendered at any time without notice.

• All rooms are non-smoking. 

Occupation: 

• The standard check-in time is 14h00, and the check-out time is 10h00 (unless arranged otherwise).

• Regrettably, no more than two persons per room or children under the age of 12 years. 

• Children under 12 years are allowed by prior agreement only.

• Animals are only allowed by prior special arrangements. 

Booking, payment and cancellation:

• The full and final payment policy and cancellation procedure are available in the signed booking agreement. 

• A deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance is due prior to the date of arrival.

• For any booking made, full payment will apply prior to check-in. Failure to arrive or premature departures forfeit 100% of the accommodation total.

• Signed booking agreement takes precedence - All bookings are subject to the final terms and conditions when making the booking.

Travel Insurance

We advise travellers and guests to arrange sufficient travel insurance in the unlikely event their accommodation or travel plans have to be cancelled for reasons out of our control.

Liability  

The premises are used entirely at the occupant’s own risk. Neither the owners of the property or group, travel agents, or booking agents accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to persons or property of the guests.
